New meter installation: Must complete application, pay New User Lifetime Fee of $100, Tap Fee of $1500.00.

Billing
Bills mailed: 1st week of the month.
Payments due: 17th of the month.
Late fee: 15% of Deliquent Amount will be applied if not paid by due date. (In effect as of 5/17/2021).
Special Meter Reading Fee: $50.00
Disconnect & Reconnect
- Bills not paid by the 17th of the billing month are delinquent and require immediate payment.
- Bills 30 days past the delinquent will be disconnected without further notice.
- Hogan Water Corp. reserves the right to disconnect service for any unpaid balance in excess of 30 days.
- Reconnection fee of $80.00 paid to the office will be required before water service is restored.
- Meter Re-installation: $125.00 - once customer chose to have the meter removed, the new member agreement is null and void so along with the $125.00 re-installation fee the customer will also need to pay a $100.00 new member fee and sign a new member agreement.
